Abu Dhabi-UAE: 06 September 2016 – Bloom Properties, a Bloom Holding subsidiary dedicated to developing sustainable and integrated urban communities, has provided investors and home buyers updates on the ongoing construction activities of its diverse range of projects as part of its participation in the 15th edition of Cityscape Global.
During Cityscape Global, the developer said it is set to deliver Phase 3 of its Bloom Gardens master development prior to the scheduled hand-over in Q1, 2017. Consequently, homeowners will begin to move into the 147 housing units as early as December 2016.
An exclusive residential development nestled in the heart of Abu Dhabi, Bloom Gardens Phase 3 comprises three bedroom townhouses, semi-detached three bedroom villas, as well as four and five bedrooms detached villas.
Bloom Properties also revealed that it has awarded the main contracting works of ‘Park View’ mixed-use development on Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi to Tharwaa / Al Mansouri 3B Joint Venture and the enabling works contract for ‘Soho Square’, also a mixed-use urban development on Saadiyat, to Dutch Foundation Company and Concrete Rehabilitation.
While the main works of ‘Park View’ are set for completion by Q4 2017, the enabling works of ‘Soho Square’ are scheduled for completion in Q1 2017. Taking shape in the University neighborhood of Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi, both ‘Park View’ and ‘Soho Square’ offer close proximity to New York University Abu Dhabi campus and other major upcoming tourist attractions. Bloom Properties is the only developer to commence construction on Saadiyat other than the master developer.
Sameh Muhtadi, CEO, Bloom Holding, said: “As we make significant headway on a number of projects, Cityscape Global provides us with an ideal opportunity to update our investors, home buyers, and clients on the ongoing construction activities across our portfolio. This demonstrates our continued commitment to delivering bespoke residential properties on schedule and to the highest construction standards.”
Bloom Properties has also reported that 80% of enabling works for the Stella Maris project in Dubai Marina is now complete and the tender for main works will be awarded by November 2016. Located at the southern end of Dubai Marina, the G+52 storey Stella Maris Tower is a luxury residential project that will feature 313 luxury apartments ranging from one- to three-bedrooms, as well as four-bedroom duplex apartments, townhouses, and penthouses.
During Cityscape Global, Bloom has also announced ‘Bloom Heights’, a highly anticipated new project set to take shape in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai, marking the Abu Dhabi-based master developer’s foray into mid-market housing in the emirate.
Ideally located in the master community, Bloom Heights offers easy access to all major roads and will consist of two high rise towers linked internally by four podium levels. The project will offer a total of 686 residential units ranging from studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments at prices starting from AED360,000. Bloom Heights is scheduled for completion early 2019.
