Enabling Work Begins for Phase Three of Bloom Living, “Casares”
Bloom Holding has appointed Edrafor Emirates LLC as the enabling work contractor for Casares, phase three of the fully integrated and all-inclusive residential community, Bloom Living.
Casares features townhouses that range from two-and three-bedroom.
Casares achieved significant progress with over 35% completion of the overall construction progress and is on track for its scheduled handover in Q1 2026.
