Bloom Properties has also reported that 80% of enabling works for the Stella Maris project in Dubai Marina is now complete and the tender for main works will be awarded by November 2016. Located at the southern end of Dubai Marina, the G+52 storey Stella Maris Tower is a luxury residential project that will feature 313 luxury apartments ranging from one- to three-bedrooms, as well as four-bedroom duplex apartments, townhouses, and penthouses.
During Cityscape Global, Bloom has also announced ‘Bloom Heights’, a highly anticipated new project set to take shape in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai, marking the Abu Dhabi-based master developer’s foray into mid-market housing in the emirate.
Ideally located in the master community, Bloom Heights offers easy access to all major roads and will consist of two high rise towers linked internally by four podium levels. The project will offer a total of 686 residential units ranging from studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments at prices starting from AED360,000. Bloom Heights is scheduled for completion early 2019.
