Abu Dhabi-UAE: XX September 2015 – Bloom Properties, a subsidiary of Bloom Holding that builds integrated and sustainable communities, hosted a Discovery Event for real-estate brokers and agents from Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The event aimed to showcase Bloom’s latest projects and build lasting partnerships.
Held at Park Rotana Abu Dhabi, the event drew the participation of over 100 real estate agents and brokers. During the event, Bloom representatives delivered a presentation on Bloom Holding’s renewed vision and, an update of its portfolio of existing and future projects.
Earlier this year, Bloom Holding announced its Stella Maris project in Dubai Marina during City Scape Abu Dhabi 2015. Stella Maris, the G+52 storey residential development of Dubai Marina, offers panoramic views of the harbour and proximity to the city’s much-awaited attraction, the Dubai Eye.
In addition, Bloom launched Park View, a mixed-use project on Saadiyat Island, comprises a residential and a hotel apartment building. The217 fully furnished and serviced hotel apartments will feature studios, one and two bedroom apartments.
Bloom representatives also updated attendees on Bloom Gardens, a project located on the Eastern Corniche in Abu Dhabi now selling its phase 2A and 2B with anticipated completion in first quarter of 2016 and fourth quarter of 2016.
