Abu Dhabi-UAE: 17 November, 2015 – Bloom Properties, a Bloom Holding subsidiary specialized in the development of integrated and sustainable communities, has announced the completion of Phase II of the Bloom Gardens project ahead of schedule. Phase II involved the construction of 55 housing units. The units, ranging from three to five bedrooms, will be ready for hand over and occupancy by December 2015.
The developer also revealed that the construction of Phase III of Bloom Gardens consisting of 147 units has already started and is set for completion in Q4 2016. This phase includes three bedroom townhouses, semi-detached three bedroom villas and four and five bedroom villas.
