Bloom Holding appoints Carlos Wakim as new CEO

Leading real estate development company, Bloom Holding, announced today the appointment of Carlos Wakim as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Carlos Wakim brings over two decades of rich, regional experience in strategic leadership and real estate development, which will support Bloom Holding’s future growth and long-term vision to be an active contributor to the real estate sector by delivering superior living experiences and services.

In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Carlos Wakim will manage the operations across all Bloom Holding companies and divisions, which include sectors such as Property, Education, Hospitality and Lease and Facilities Management Services.

Carlos Wakim has held a number of senior leadership roles in the real estate industry over the past 20 years, he has enjoyed a proven development track record in some of the leading real estate companies across the region.
