With worldwide popularity, this beachside boulevard is one of the most searched neighborhoods in Dubai, with 33,100 searches for ‘Jumeirah Beach Residence’ and ‘JBR’ each month globally.
Scoring 70 out of 100, JBR is the fourth most desirable place to live in Dubai, our findings reveal.
With the sights of yachts gliding across the marina, and sleek buildings that graze the skyline, Dubai Marina is one of the most captivating places to live in the UAE.
Our study has revealed that it’s the third most desirable place to live in Dubai, earning an impressive total score of 76 out of 100. It’s also one of the most sought-after neighborhoods, with 59,000 monthly global searches for ‘Dubai Marina’ and 14,000 searches within the UAE alone.
The popularity of Dubai Marina can also be seen via the area's thriving real estate market, which saw property sales increase by 20.4% quarter to quarter in 2024, according to Dubai Land Department statistics.
Boasting beach access only a short stroll away, those living in Dubai Marina can soak up both the natural beauty of the JBR beach coastline and the awe-inspiring architecture of the surrounding skyscrapers.
With its prime location, vibrant lifestyle, and strong property demand, Dubai Marina is one of the most desired locations to live in Dubai.
Undoubtedly one of the city’s most adored communities, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is a thriving area popular with both families and professionals.
Its prime location puts JVC at the heart of some of Dubai’s most exciting attractions, such as Dubai Miracle Garden, Mall of the Emirates, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina.
We can reveal that JVC had more global searches than any other area in Dubai, averaging 340,000 searches per month.
Overall, when taking into account factors such as proximity to schools, growth of the community through property sales and search interest (all important things to consider before choosing your next home), JVC ranks as the second most desirable place to live in Dubai, with an impressive total score of 78 out of 100.

And with 24,000 searches per month in the UAE on average—and 96,000 searches globally, it’s clear that this iconic island destination has captured the world’s attention.
Our findings also reveal that Palm Jumeirah can inspire the next generation with more than just its beauty. Home to outstanding schools such as Dubai British School and The American School of Dubai, Palm Jumeirah is the neighborhood with the second-best access to schools, making it a fantastic choice for families.
With an impressive total score of 85 out of 100, we can reveal that Palm Jumeirah is the most desirable place to live in Dubai.
